    • What is your return policy?

Return Policy

Blank merchandise can be exchanged if we receive notice within 10 days of your purchase. A refund or exchange will gladly be given.

In order to receive a refund, your product(s) must be returned in new "sellable" condition, unworn, with tags, labels and seals attached; and in original packaging. Return package must be taped securely and include all original documents.

Once we receive your return, and all items have been inspected to insure that they are in "sellable" condition. We will refund the cost of the item(s) less shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days of shipment.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) to process your return.

Due to the custom nature of embroidery, decorated items can not be returned.

Due the nature of use, the sale of Graduation stoles are final.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all approved returns.

 

    • What types of payments do you accept?

We accept checks (with appropiate ID), cash, cashiers checks, MasterCard, Visa Card, Discover Card, American Express and money orders

Returned check fee is $25.00

    • When can I expect to receive my items?

Orders placed for in stock items are shipped within 2-5 Business days. Custom items will usually ship within 7 - 10 Business days, or as promised. Any additional changes to your order will be sent to you via email.

BACK ORDERS

All back orders will be shipped as soon as possible. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship.

    • Can I order blank apparel items?

Yes, we provide both blank and decorated apparel and accessories.

 

    • Can I provide my own logo to be put on a polo?

Yes, we will be happy to review your logo and provide a price for digitization and embroidery services. Please see the Services tab for more details.

 

    • Can I provide my own items for embroidery?

Yes, however, please be aware that since we provide our own items that we have tested for embroidery and heat transfer quality, we cannot be responsible for the stitching success of items not purchased from M3 Embroidery.

 

    • What is the average stitch count and cost of a logo?

The average logo is about 10,000 stitches. The cost would be $10.00 ($1.00, per 1,000 stitches), plus the setup cost and any digitization fees.

 

    • Do you monogram?

Yes, monogram of 2-3 letters runs $5.00 per sleeve, plus a $7.00 setup fee
